AUDIO VISUAL CLUB
The Chocksett AV Club will be working with representatives from Lancaster Public Access, who will demonstrate how to use audio visual tools in creating a television broadcast. Students will become familiar with protocal and procedures necessary to relay information on a local access channel.
The AV Club will meet on Tuesday's after school - once a month.

Chocksett’s Student Council is a very active council, and this year we hope to expand involvement in both our school and community. In addition to organizing many school activities, “STUCO” will also give students an opportunity to work as a team and develop strong leadership qualities.
If you are interested….All students in Grades 5-8 can run for “STUCO” Homeroom Representative. In addition, students in 8th Grade can run for student body Officers - President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

DRAMA CLUB - an after school program for students in grades 5-8, interested in the theatrical arts. The function of the Drama Club is to produce a musical production each spring. Membership can include, but is not limited to, performers (dancers,singers, actors) and stage crew (set designers/painters, cosutme designers/creators, etc...). Drama Club will provide students with the opportunty to not only participate in all aspects of a musical production, but learn performance skills, audition techniques, and technical aspects of the theatre.

Students from the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades who join the Chocksett Model UN Club (MUN) will be given the chance to engage in a variety of leadership discussions and activities regarding the world around them. Students will meet to share their thoughts and discuss their findings on current events, history, and geography. The goal of this club is to give students a means of becoming active members of both their local and global community.
